Job Description

• Check and monitor the operating status of equipment and perform equipment maintenance and repair;
• Carry out the maintenance / repair of machines and equipment throughout the factory;
• Check / make a list of equipment to be replaced and spare parts to ensure continuous operation of machines;
• Develop instructions for maintenance and repair of equipment;
• Report machine problems during the shift timely and accurately;
• Participate in plant improvement activities;
• Coordinate with related departments in handling product quality problems;
• Comply with all QMS and safety requirements
• Comply with regulations on occupational safety in the factory;
• Perform equipment calibration;
• Assist in the assembly/acceptance of equipment;
• Implement 5S issue in work area and department;
• Other tasks at the request of superiors;
