• Participating in the implementation of dossiers of all stages: ideas, proposals, reports (total floor plan, 2D part, presentation...)
• Advise and deploy preliminary concepts in a timely manner to serve the Group's project investment.
• Control the design PA of the implementation consultant, review the design documents of the joints of the disciplines, detect technical errors and errors in drawing and propose reasonable solutions.
• Check design documents to ensure they are consistent with investment objectives and design tasks.
• Perform work related to administrative and legal procedures of the project from the stage of investment preparation until the 1/500 detailed planning is approved.
• Responsible for appraising, controlling and completing the design file of the QHCT scale 1/500.
• Coordinate with departments and units to design reports, work with agencies and departments to protect the project.
• Deploy and coordinate with other departments in designing planning, technical infrastructure... the small projects of the Group.
• Make a schedule to complete the assigned tasks.
• Regularly update current legal documents to adapt to the actual situation.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.
• Graduated from University of Architecture is an advantage.
