Job description:
* Design, monitor, control and report on the design work, manage the design stages starting from the concept planning design to the approval stage.
* Work directly with partners on the design of general planning, zoning planning, detailed planning 1/500, master plan.
* Outline, propose planning ideas, calculate and synthesize planning indicator data.
- Master planning criteria and legal processes, work with state management agencies in planning and construction related to the project's investment preparation.
* Coordinate with related infrastructure departments to complete design documents.
* Advise the Board of Directors on issues related to the Planning.
* Manage and control architectural design documents. Work directly with domestic and foreign partners such as design consultants, construction contractors on issues related to works to ensure quality and schedule requirements.
