- Support the Head of the Construction Department to organize and improve the Group's management document system.

- Conduct periodic inspections/coordinate with relevant departments to inspect the collection of management documents.

- Monitor the implementation of solutions during the application of the document management system.

- Prepare risk management reports as required by the Head of Audit Committee.

- Propose innovative solutions but find inadequacies in management principles, regulations, and processes.
