• Perform regular maintenance according to regulations, check elevator safety according to the procedure • Periodic cleaning to keep the building clean and safe • Adjust the technical parameters for stable operation of the ladder according to the company's standards and regulations • Regularly report all problems seen and may occur on site to the maintenance team leader. • Repair, align, fix basic errors and restore the operation of the ladder when the ladder has problems or damage. • Replace materials for repair, upgrade, and fix errors of ladders as assigned • On-site repair work when required
