- Graduated in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- From 6 months of machine operating experience.
- Have knowledge of production machinery, mechanical assembly skills, understanding of 5S.
Job Description:
About operation and production
- Strictly adhere to quality (QA), safety (HS&E) procedures.
- Minimize downtime, optimize performance.
- Detect, record, and troubleshoot daily equipment failures and recommend planned maintenance.
- Perform maintenance according to CIL, Centerline, and maintain technical standards.
- Proactively suggest improvements to eliminate waste and improve productivity.
- Participate in incident analysis, apply UPS/BDE methodology to find long term solutions.
About team management
- Instruct cleaning and maintenance staff to ensure machines are clean and meet 5S standards.
- Lead the team to implement maintenance plans, control insects, maintain a safe working environment.
- Support cross-training, knowledge sharing of equipment operation and maintenance.
- Control and use materials and spare parts reasonably.
Working time:
Work in shifts, 2 days off/week, night shift available
- 6:00 AM 2:00 PM
- 2:00 PM 10:00 PM
- 10:00 PM 6:00 AM
