Main Objective : Manage and perform accounting tasks related to the company's warehouse management and control.
Mission:
- Inventory tracking:
- Update details on import and export goods, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Monitor inventory and report on warehouse status periodically.
- Cargo Control:
- Perform periodic inventory counts and resolve any mismatches.
- Ensure that goods are stored properly and safety procedures are followed.
- Order Confirmation and Processing:
- Confirm order information and check the accuracy of product, quantity and price information.
- Prepare invoices and process orders according to regulations.
- Performing General Accounting Work:
- Perform general accounting tasks such as bookkeeping, balance sheet preparation and financial reporting related to the warehouse.
- Internal Consulting and Support:
- Provide accounting information and advice to relevant internal departments.
- Assists in problem resolution and handling of warehouse related complaints.
- Maintaining Accounting Systems and Software:
- Ensure that accounting systems and warehouse management software are running smoothly and are up to date.
- Recommend and implement improvements to optimize system performance.
Request:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance or equivalent field.
- Experience working in the field of warehouse accounting for at least 1 year.
- Deep understanding of accounting processes and regulations related to warehouses.
- Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Autonomy and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work overtime when necessary.
