General information:

• Position : Tax Invoice Accountant
• Department : Accounting / Finance
• Working place : Hai Ba Trung, Di An, Binh Duong

3. Job description:

• Receive, check orders and issue VAT invoices according to regulations.
• Track and update order status with sales and warehouse.
• Control and periodically compare import - export - inventory data.
• Support the Chief Accountant to prepare monthly/quarterly tax reports (VAT, PIT, CIT) and general accounting.
• Store and manage invoices and related accounting documents.
• Coordinate with departments to complete documents and handle arising issues related to invoices.

4. Job requirements:

• Graduated from High School/College/University majoring in accounting, finance or related fields.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position, priority given to candidates who have worked in the FMCG (fast moving consumer goods) field.
• Understanding of regulations on invoicing, VAT, and document storage procedures.
• Good use of Excel and common accounting software.
• Meticulous, careful, honest, highly responsible.
