1. Revenue and expenditure accountant (playing the role of treasurer):

+ Strictly comply with regulations on responsibilities for cash fund management mentioned above
2. Bank accounting
Prepare bank documents: payment authorization, withdrawal check, deposit money into the account. Based on bookkeeping vouchers Monitor cash flow through the bank at the end of the month, compare it with the bank sub-book and manage money at the bank.
3. Invoice and update input and output invoices.
4. Warehouse accounting
Prepare import and export documents, import and export goods based on the vouchers recorded in the books to monitor and manage the flow of goods through the warehouse on the report on inventory import and export.
5. Follow up receivables and payables of customers/suppliers
6. Salary accounting: Based on the monthly payroll, calculate wages according to regulations, labor contracts, and manage social insurance work for employees.
