1. Job Details

• Organize, manage, and oversee all operations of the Accounting Department.
• Establish, control, and improve the accounting system, books, and documents in accordance with Vietnamese law and the specific characteristics of export processing enterprises (EPEs) .
• Prepare and review monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports; and management reports as required by the Board of Directors.
• Perform and supervise tax accounting tasks: VAT, corporate income tax, personal income tax, import and export taxes, and tax settlement with relevant authorities.
• Monitor and manage operations related to import and export, customs, processing, export production, discrepancies in production quotas, and raw material inventory.
• Working with tax authorities, customs, auditors, banks, and other relevant agencies.
• Advising the Board of Directors on finance, expenses, cash flow, tax optimization, and risk control.
• Manage, train, and evaluate personnel in the accounting department.
• Reporting and discussing work with the Chinese management team in Chinese.

2. Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Auditing, or Finance.
• Possesses the required Chief Accountant certification.
• Minimum 23 years of experience as Chief Accountant in an export processing enterprise.
• In-depth knowledge of: Vietnamese accounting law, tax law, customs regulations, import and export taxes, and EPE.
• Proficient in Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)
• Proficiency in accounting software (MISA/ERP/SAP is an advantage).
• Honesty, carefulness, and systems thinking.
