- Manage and operate the Accounting department, guide and train employees in each department, and be responsible to the Board of Directors for the operations of the finance and accounting department.

- Make budget plan and capital management plan, control each department's budget with the whole company's plan.

- Organize and implement accounting procedures to meet the company's management requirements.

- Check and review tax reports, periodic tax declarations, tax settlement records, annual financial reports - monthly management reports, analyze revenue and cost fluctuations in a timely manner

- Accounting management of assets, fixed assets, receivables and payables.

- Other tasks as required by management.
