Job Description

• Responsible for the general accounting operations of the Company.
• Control the Company's purchasing, trading, production, revenue and expenditure, and debt activities.
• Prepare records and books, check and supervise the accounting of accounting operations.
• Prepare financial reports, analyze reports, and provide necessary management and policy advice to the board of directors.
• Calculate payment plan, cash flow management.
• Recruitment, training, staff management.
• Build and adjust management processes to suit the business.
• Conduct banking transactions

• Coordinate other tasks as required by the Board of Directors.
• Support other departments in handling financial and accounting related work with customers, suppliers and related units.
• Explain data and provide documents and data to tax, audit and inspection authorities as requested by the Accounting Department manager.
• Perform monthly reports and internal reports as required.

Request

• Graduated from University majoring in Finance, Accounting, Economics
• Understand the regulations and policies of the State and the Company related to the organization of accounting, finance and tax work.
• 5 years of experience in a similar position; Priority is given to candidates with experience in the field of Production/trade, distribution in the food industry.
• Computer: Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
• Have management skills: Evaluate employee work results. Plan, assign and organize work supervision. Organize and conduct meetings within the department.
• Ability to coordinate and communicate well with colleagues. Ability to handle conflicts and contradictions within the organization, encourage and motivate employees.
• Know how to use English to communicate via email
• Have a sense of responsibility, can withstand high work pressure and have leadership, organizational, work arrangement and time management skills.
