1. Chief Accountant:
1.1. Advise and support the Board of Directors in managing all activities related to the Group's accounting operations:
- Develop processes and regulations related to the work of the Accounting Department.
- Develop job descriptions for department members.
- Plan, organize, check, maintain and innovate towards effective management accounting operations.. P/h Plan and make short-term and long-term financial decisions.
- Organize and operate the Company's accounting system on the basis of constantly improving the organizational structure and complying with current laws.
- Organize inventory of main accounts as well as assets
- Control and check records, vouchers and documents related to work.
- Check the preservation and storage of accounting documents of employees in the department.
- Manage budget activities of the enterprise.
1.2. The Finance Department advises and prepares financial plans for revenue and expenditure sources and reports.
1.3. Prepare balance sheet and financial statements of the Company. Timely report to the Company's Board of Directors on loan amounts, receivables and payable debts.
1.4. Analyze and propose solutions to resolve and handle any loss or unusual cases that occur.
1.5. Fully set up and submit on time accounting, statistical and settlement reports according to the provisions of law and the Company.
1.6. Monitor and direct the settlement of the Company's business projects.
1.7. Coordinate in implementing and completing capital collection procedures promptly when payment conditions are met.
1.8. Manage and be responsible for activities related to finance and accounting of a number of member companies.
1.9. Carry out internal training. Organize the dissemination and timely implementation of financial and accounting regimes and regulations issued by the State to subordinates or employees related to the Company's financial and accounting work. - Advise for The Board of Directors in implementing and implementing planning and development strategies, maintaining operations and operations of BNB in accordance with the provisions of the Law and legal procedures.
2. Tax Accounting:

3.3. Store books, documents and invoices according to the provisions of law
