ACCOUNTING MANAGEMENT :

Consolidate and review periodic financial reports promptly and accurately in accordance with current tax laws. (Payments, tax declarations, contracts and related documents...)

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax policy requirements. Develop financial and accounting regulations and procedures in accordance with the Law and Company practices.

Update and maintain accurate tax database.

Liaise with tax authorities on all tax related matters, including reconciliations and tax obligations.

Participate in tax settlement, explain data, and represent in working with the Tax Authority.

Review and identify tax risks, analyze related issues. Advise the Board of Directors on improving the Financial-Accounting management system.

Review, research, and interpret current and historical financial data, and resolve questions from departments regarding financial reporting.

Support accounting system process improvement and software upgrade including testing and training.

Organize and manage documents, books, invoices and contracts related to finance and accounting.

Review and be responsible for the review results of accounting documents, revenue-expenditure-input-export documents... serving the Company's business.

CASH FLOW FORECASTING & ANALYSIS :

Support financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting and short- and long-term financial planning.

Monitor cash flow budgeting process, analyze variances and make recommendations to improve financial performance.

Collaborate with stakeholders to monitor and control costs, identify cost savings opportunities, and optimize allocations.

Provide information and recommendations based on financial analysis to support strategic and operational decisions.

Assist in evaluating business cases for new projects and other investments.

Assist in performing in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement
