Work content:
Receive and check, arrange documents in order by date
Monitor and review all receivables - payables - send debt reports
Enter vouchers for debit - credit - check all entered data, Bank transactions (if any) - at the end of the month, get a bank subbook to filter which documents have VAT entered into the software.
Make sales invoices - Check goods codes before issuing invoices (if any) - Print and save invoices daily.
Make stock receipts of goods (domestic goods and imported goods) - Monitor import and export of goods - At the end of the month cum actual inventory - At the end of the month, print receipts of warehousing - ex-warehousing - binding
Enter receipts - expenditures - track advances of each employee - print receipts - expenses at the end of the month - close the book.
Salary labor - Make a contract for a new employee, decide when to leave work, addendum when increasing wages, register for social insurance (increase - decrease - sickness, maternity, closing the book...), register Sign personal tax identification numbers for new employees, employees with children submit birth certificates and tax identification numbers for dependents.
Prepare monthly salary sheet - deduction and payment of social insurance according to regulations, print details of salary slip, sum up 12 months' salary - on the annual PIT finalization declaration.
