Job Description

• Handle and enter into accounting books arising transactions such as: buying and selling goods, cash receipts and expenditures, payments via banks...
• Monitor import and export of goods
• Monitor and pay due debts receivable and payable
• Monitor advances and refunds
• Prepare an allocation table for short-term and long-term prepaid expenses, tools, etc. Accounting for allocations.
• Calculate and depreciate fixed assets. Accounting for depreciation of fixed assets.
• Compare inventory, debts and account balances on the Balance Sheet
• Tax reports, corporate income, personal income
• Prepare financial statements, personal income and corporate income finalization declarations
• Statistics and synthesis of accounting data when required.
• Participate in inspection work at the unit
• Propose solutions to overcome errors related to financial and accounting issues of the enterprise
