- Check and compare data between detailed and aggregated data.
- Check the arising operational provisions of each accountant
- Check the balance between detailed and general accounting data
- Check whether the ending balance is reasonable and matches the detailed reports.
- Monitor the increase and decrease in assets at the Company. Accounting, tracking allocation and depreciation of fixed assets and CCDC at the Company, planning periodic asset inventory, increase and decrease in assets of the entire Company.
- Create asset tracking cards and asset delivery and receipt records for each department
- Gather and store accounting vouchers from accountants
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, six-month, and annual financial reports to the Board of Directors and provide detailed explanations (according to company forms) on time.
- Prepare annual business plans to send to the Board of Directors
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports to tax authorities for PHD Co., Ltd. and its subsidiaries on time.
- Check accounting of receivables, payables, and advances of accountants
- Contribute comments on amendments and supplements to economic contracts with customers and subcontractors.
- Synthesize daily, weekly, monthly payment needs from accountants. Check revenue between sales software and payment reports of each accountant
- Responsible for providing and explaining documents and documents when requested by audit units, food hygiene and safety units, tax authorities, Department and Company leaders. Gather documents from accountants
