Job Description
Check the content, data, and accounts of daily economic operations of executive accountants to detect and promptly correct errors (if any) in accounting operations, ensuring the correct balance. Accurate and timely data.
Check the balance between detailed and general accounting data. Check the ending balance to ensure it is reasonable and matches detailed reports.
Check and compare data between units in the Dong Khanh system, detailed and aggregated data.
Accounting for income, expenses, CCDC allocation, depreciation of fixed assets, VAT, personal income tax, corporate income tax, contractor tax.
Monitor and control the company's receivables and payables.
Participate in coordinating inspection and inventory work at the company.
Prepare financial reports for each month, quarter, year and detailed explanation reports.
Statistics and synthesis of accounting data for the Board of General Directors or Chief Accountant when required.
Provide records, documents and explain data to tax, audit and inspection authorities as requested by the Chief Accountant.
Recommend and propose remedial measures to improve accounting processes and methods (if any).
Professional guidance for accountants in data processing and accounting of arising economic operations.
Carry out the work of storing data, books, and reports related to the operations in charge, ensuring safety and security.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Chief Accountant (if any).
