Job Description

JOB DUTIES
• Responsible for recording, checking and reporting all internal activities of the accounting department including:
• Prepare documents for arising economic transactions.
• Timely, fully, accurately and scientifically reflect economic transactions arising in the accounting books of the day
• Responsible for collecting receivables, handling payables, and reconciling debts monthly, quarterly, and annually
• Management of company assets and goods
• Control costs, revenue, cash, banking. Control and ensure departments comply with approved company policies on finance and assets
• Costing
• Balance input and output invoices legally, reasonably and effectively
• Prepare monthly internal management reports
• Report monthly to the KTT/Director on cash, banking, inventory, debt, economic results and other accounting books
• Coordinate with KTT to develop procedures and instructions on TCKT related to departments and staff's accounting operations.
• Store and absolutely secure relevant documents and records
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Director
