Job description
○ Working time rotates 8 hours, from 8am to 5pm and 1pm to 5pm, 60 minutes lunch break, 30 minutes afternoon break
○ Directly check, export, receive and import goods at warehouses and stores
○ Create and enter goods information and import, export and shipping orders on full software
○ Control and monitor the correct and complete receipts created by other employees, the process of importing and exporting goods and controlling the amount of inventory in the warehouse.
○ Periodically control and inventory goods to make statistics of quantity, quality and classification, find out the cause, handle and take responsibility for goods when there is a deviation in stock, if any, according to regulations.
○ Directly manage warehouse activities and record data and goods documents and then report to superiors.
○ Accounting and tax declaration
○ Arrange and guide staff to arrange and control goods in the warehouse
○ Report out-of-stock quantities, weekly orders, propose options to store a certain amount of goods
○ Set up and arrange the work in the most reasonable way and be responsible for the discrepancies in the books and the actual quantity in the warehouse
○ Make a report at the end of the month to summarize the statistics every day. (This helps both the warehouse accountant and the supervisor know the status of the goods.)
○ Accounting and reconciling existing vouchers and invoices in the month. The figures and costs will be carefully calculated so that businesses can understand revenue and expenditure.
○ Complete records and books, certify documents to report to superiors according to regulations, compare actual goods and on notebooks.
○ Handle other jobs under the direction of (manager)
○ Flexible scope of work, including all business lines of the company such as: worship, feng shui, decor, jewelry...

○ Men with good health 25 - 30 years old
○ Have a personal computer
○ Good at excel, proficient in office computer skills, good at using accounting software, especially warehouse-related software, proficient kiosk software
○ College degree in accounting, professional knowledge (required)
○ 2 years of experience in doing similar jobs in the above job description at the position of accountant / warehouse accountant
○ 3 years of full-time work experience (in any position, any job)
○ Professional capacity at a good level or higher, work results are guaranteed, with little negligence or confusion
○ Ability to adapt to changes in work
○ Solving problems that arise in their profession and in relationships with people
○ Have clear and reasonable organizational skills.
○ Hard working and learning, highly focused, meticulous and careful
○ Have your own transportation

○ Fixed salary 10,000,000 VND/month, salary is negotiable depending on your capacity, experience and qualifications
○ Fixed bonus for work performance of 3,000,000 VND/month, if you do not guarantee the work, you will be fined in this 3 million bonus
