JOB DESCRIPTION GENERAL ACCOUNTANT STAFF

WORK CONTENT:
- Monitor and manage the company's debt.
- Identify, propose to make provision and handle cases of bad debts of the whole Company
- Check and compare data of departments, divisions, arising clauses and balance detailed and general accounting data
- Accounting operations, making settlements
- Prepare quarterly, 6-monthly, yearly financial statements and detailed explanatory reports
- Explain the reported data and provide records and data to tax, audit, inspection and inspection agencies upon request.
- Statistics and synthesis of accounting data when required
- Collect, store, preserve vouchers, keep accounting data confidential

WORKING TIME: 8am - 5pm from Monday to Friday, Saturday and Sunday (OFF)

Candidate Requirements
- Education/professional qualifications:
- Graduated from high school or higher majoring in accounting, finance, banking, administration and equivalent disciplines in the office.
- Being disciplined, careful, know how to arrange work and build
- plan to complete assigned tasks.
- Human resource management skills, planning and decision making skills.
- Proficient in using computers, especially Excel and popular accounting and management software
