- Building, organizing, and standardizing the financial and accounting system of the Company, including: building processes, regulations and regulations related to finance and accounting;
- Organize and train the accounting department in a scientific, economical and effective manner;
- Guide and inspect accountants to prepare management reports at the request of the Board of Directors, financial statements, monthly/quarterly/yearly tax reports;
- Responsible for transactions with Tax authorities, Department of Planning and Investment, State Treasury, Customs, suppliers, suppliers...;
- Handling reports of general accountants, accountants on professional issues and how to manage revenue and expenses;
- Approve payments proposed by departments in the Company;
-Approve tax reports before submitting to tax authorities;
- Signing the accountant's reports and accounting books and documents;

REQUEST:
- Graduated from College, University majoring in Financial Accounting, Business Accounting, Auditing.
- Experience: 1-3 years or more (with a degree in chief accountant is an advantage)
- Having knowledge, skills and understanding of accounting profession and accounting standards.
- Proficient in office computer skills, especially the proficient use of advanced Excel.
- Regularly update circulars, decrees and laws related to financial, accounting and tax organizations.
- Possess good leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Have a high sense of responsibility at work, dynamic, honest, diligent, careful.
- Proficient in accounting software
