Job Description

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO AT LIFESTYLE
• Accounting of general transactions. Update vouchers and data into accounting software.
• Monitor and manage debt
• Prepare periodic tax reports (quarterly, annually). Prepare financial statements, balance sheets of annual accounts, print books according to regulations, ..
• Internal monitoring and reporting.
• Monitor and compare inventory with Warehouse Manager.
• Organize, store and secure information, records, documents and related documents
• Perform other duties related to the operations of the finance and accounting department at the request of the Director.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO PREPARE
• University degree in accounting, or 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Good use of computer software, words, excel and accounting software.
• Possess good accounting knowledge, skills in summarizing, comparing and analyzing data.
• Knowledge of tax laws.
• Ability to synthesize, analyze and handle situations well.
