- Perform accounting work of arising transactions on the system software, including: (Company and Branch)
- Perform accounting transactions arising in cash, deposits from bank accounting and payment.
- Debt accounting from debt accounting.
- Reviewing and making books for cash advances and travel expenses.
- Check and make a table of allocation and depreciation for operations related to assets, tools and instruments.
- Review invoices and enter valid, valid and legal invoice data.
- Summary of related reports:
• Balance Sheet;
• Report on business results;
• And other reports at the request of the chief accountant and the Board of Directors.
- Gather and check the information provided from the accountants and other departments to be sent to the company in accordance with the company's regulations and in accordance with the law on invoices and documents.
- Perform tax related duties.
• Monthly/quarterly/yearly declaration;
• Declaration of VAT, CIT, PIT, import-export tax and other taxes when incurred;
• Prepare the financial statements for the annual reporting period, including the following reports:
Balance sheet;
Table of reports on production and business results;
Notes to financial statements.
• Make a report submission according to the provided tax token.
• Prepare documents, books and vouchers when required by tax authorities and make tax finalization.
- Organize and store documents at the request of the Chief Accountant.
- Perform other duties as requested by the Board of Directors.
