 Job Description:

1. Accounting:

- Manage and supervise all activities: Internal revenue and expenditure, Debt settlement. Distribution and business contracts.
- Proposing to promulgate regulations on financial management and internal expenditure management. Building professional processes, forms, accounting and settlement processes after being led through self-arrangement and effective implementation.
- Set up the process of keeping the records of the accounting department in a neat and scientific manner. Maintain, manage and archive all internal financial records and processes.
- Budgeting and cash flow management. Prepare and manage the annual budget. Prepare management reports for company management.

- Prepare reports: Report on business results, financial statements. Prepare balance sheets, profit and loss statements and cash flow statements.

- Gather invoices (retail invoices, red invoices) for purchase and import
- Order tracking (Import and export stock). Inventory management.
- Make monthly salary for employees
- Enter the amount of daily revenue and expenditure funds to track cash in and out
- Keeping track of outstanding debts
- Closing the monthly book at the end of the month

2. Requirements:

- Qualification: Not required

Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar position.

- Proficient in using computers (Excel, Word).

- At least 1 year experience

- Meticulous, honest, careful, enthusiastic, responsible for work.
