1. In charge of accounting and checking general accounting operations of the Accounting Department;

2. Managing product costing; analyze and control the costs incurred to advise the Chief Accountant and the Board of Directors;

3. To guide accounting personnel in charge of accounting practices in accordance with accounting regulations and standards;

4. Check and compare the balance between detailed and general accounting data;

5. Prepare financial statements and management reports at the request of the Company;

6. Make tax declarations and prepare tax reports according to current regulations;

7. Prepare dossiers, documents and reports in service of capital mobilization at credit institutions;

8. To make statistics and synthesize accounting data at the request of the Board of Directors or functional units upon request;

9. Explain data and provide documents and data to the tax office, inspection and examination at the request of the head of the accounting department.

10. Organize, arrange and store accounting data and books according to regulations;

11. Proposing and proposing remedial measures, improving the accounting process, improving work efficiency;

12. Consulting and advising on matters related to financial and accounting activities for the Head of the Accounting Department and the Board of Directors of the Company;

13. Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.

IV. Job requirements:

- Graduated from University, majoring in Finance and Accounting;
- At least 03 years of experience in a similar position, especially experienced personnel in the field of production - retail;

- Experience in calculating and managing production costs is required;

- Having solid accounting skills, grasping and understanding current accounting laws;

- Ability to control work, ability to work independently and in a team;

- Good communication and problem solving skills are required;

- Proficient in accounting software and office computers;

- Good communication, flexibility in work;

- Honesty, enthusiasm, ability to work under high pressure;
