1. Accounting for arising operations;
2. Check and compare data between details and summary;
3. Prepare monthly and quarterly reports;
4. Statistics, synthesis, and explanation of accounting data upon request;
5. Complete accounting documents and archive records according to company regulations;
6. Review, collect and process accounting data on arising accounting documents. Invoices and documents need to be checked to see if they are valid for inclusion in accounting books. Check and store documents, records, and accounting books within the prescribed time limit.
7. Review receipts, payments, input and output invoices entered into accounting software, etc. at the time transactions arise, avoiding delays leading to errors
8. Review or directly access cash book data, deposit books and other related books.
9. Review and identify transactions and original documents related to the return of accounting records and classify records.
10. Directly perform tasks assigned by the head of the Accounting Department.
