Job Description
- Perform tasks related to the accounting department based on the Company's operational requirements, specifically: 1. Warehouse: + Check and compare inventory, ensure accuracy of monthly inventory data. + Plan and participate in coordinating inspection and inventory work at grassroots units. 2. Price: + Check accounts of arising transactions. + Collect costs and calculate monthly costs. 3. Debt: + Check general debt of the company and branches. + Identify and propose to set up provisions or handle bad debts for the entire company. 4. Tax + Check the balance and accuracy between detailed and general accounting data. + Check the reasonableness and match of the ending balance with detailed reports. + Instructions on handling and accounting accounting operations. + Prepare monthly VAT and personal income tax reports. + Prepare financial reports for each quarter, 6 months, year and detailed explanatory reports. + Explain data and provide records and data to tax, audit, and inspection agencies at the request of competent authorities. + Store accounting data according to regulations. 5. Report + Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports. + Provide data to the Board of Directors or functional units upon request. + Recommend and propose remedial measures and improvements in accounting methods and reporting regimes
