- Job details:

• Manage and oversee the work of the accounting department.
• Establish accounting procedures between the office and the factory.
• Instructing accountants on how to process and record data and reports.
• Understanding financial statements.
• Organize the storage and security of accounting records, documents, and files.
• Assisting the chief accountant in tax settlement, auditing, and tax refunds.
• Internal report (management report) for the Board of Directors.
• Check:

+ Accounting entries for economic transactions that occur

+ detailed and summarized accounting data

+ payment and receipt documents

+ Calculate production costs

+ Economic contracts for output and input

+ sales and purchase invoices

+ Labor and social insurance report

+ Assets, tools and equipment, depreciation of fixed assets and tools and equipment.

+ Documents and data to provide to the tax accountant

- Job requirements:

Graduated from university with a major in Accounting.

- Must have at least 5 years of experience in general accounting.
- Proficient in computer skills and accounting software (knowledge of Misa accounting software is preferred).

- Possess a strong grasp of accounting principles, knowledge of data analysis and synthesis, and report writing skills.

- Ensure the confidentiality of the company's economic and financial information is maintained.

- Polite, cheerful, amiable, calm, careful, and precise demeanor.

- Capable of working in a team and handling high pressure situations.
