1. Perform accounting of general operations and directly inspect the accounting of departments to ensure accounting is in accordance with current regulations with honest and reliable data;

2. Check financial reports, weekly statistical reports, monthly, quarterly and annual management reports;

3. Prepare quarterly VAT reports, balance quarterly corporate income tax, and finalize annual corporate income tax at the hotel.

4. Check tax reports and invoice usage status. Arrange tax declaration and payment to tax authorities fully, accurately and on time;

5. Assign work, manage accounting and purchasing staff at the branch

6. Daily handling and resolving arising situations related to tax, accounting, and invoices and documents.

7. Develop regulations and working procedures for the department

8. Plan costs for the Accounting department for each period (quarterly, annually,)
