JOB DETAILS:

The General Accountant position is responsible for checking the balance between detailed and summarized accounting data, accounting for financial transactions, preparing loan applications for banks, and supporting the provision of data to the board of directors and functional units.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Verify the consistency between detailed and summarized accounting data: Check and reconcile data between departments, compile and summarize accounting data as required, and provide data to the board of directors or functional units when requested.
• Accounting for income, expenses, depreciation, fixed assets, liabilities, other transactions, VAT and tax reporting for the office division, and preparing the final accounts for the company office.
• Completing accounting documents and records, collecting and processing data related to the economic activities of the business such as invoices, receipts, payments, and accounts receivable/payable.
• Prepare tax returns and financial statements.
• Perform any tasks as directed by the chief accountant.
• Store accounting data in accordance with regulations.
• Prepare a loan application with the bank.

REQUEST:

• Graduated from college or higher, preferably with at least 2 years of experience in general accounting.
• Proficient in office computer skills.
• Proficient in MISA software.
• Careful, diligent, responsible, and able to withstand pressure at work.

• In terms of skills, candidates need to have: experience with data analysis, proficiency in Excel for auditing, along with knowledge of risk analysis.
• To meet the job requirements, knowledge of Accounting, General Accounting, and experience working with Accounting and Auditing professionals are necessary.

• Salary: 14 million – 18 million VND + lunch allowance (negotiable based on qualifications).
• Probation period: 2 months.
• Working hours: Monday to Saturday morning, 7:45 AM – 11:45 AM and 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM.
