JOB DETAILS:
The General Accountant position requires candidates to perform all accounting tasks, from accounting entries and document verification to financial statement preparation, internal data reconciliation, and bookkeeping management. Additionally, this position will also be responsible for tasks related to tax accounting, invoices, contracts, and other support functions for the company's operations.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• General Accountant
  • Record all transactions in accordance with accounting standards.
  • Checking and verifying the validity of documents.
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports.
  • Reconcile internal data, bank records, and accounts payable.
  • Managing the accounting system and records.
• Tax accounting
  • File VAT, personal income tax, and corporate income tax returns on time.
  • Prepare invoices and tax returns.
  • Work with the tax authorities when necessary.
  • Update on new tax policies
• Invoice – contract
  • Issue invoices according to progress, draft contracts using templates.
  • Track accounts receivable by customer/project
  • Calculate salaries and bonuses. Handle social insurance and employment contracts.
• Other
  • Archiving accounting documents
  • Audit support
  • Reports directly to the Director.

REQUEST:

• Level
  • College/University degree in Accounting – Finance
• Experience
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a general accountant.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience as an independent accountant (1 person).
• Skill
  • Master accounting and taxation.
  • Proficient in Excel, uses accounting software.
  • Working independently and taking high responsibility.
