1. Job Description

- Record general accounting transactions in the accounting software.
- Inspect and supervise the activities and operations of the accounting staff to ensure they are accurate, complete, timely, and correct.
- Compile and review accounts receivable, prepare debt collection letters, and recover outstanding debts.
- Review and prepare monthly management reports.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and periodic declarations for the business.
- Set up tax settlements when an audit is conducted.
- Organize the storage of accounting records and documents in a scientific, correct, and complete manner in accordance with the law.
- To train and guide accounting staff and other departmental staff in the company on accounting procedures, collection, and storage of accounting documents.
- Other duties as directed by the Chief Accountant.

2. Job requirements:

- Graduated from university with a major in accounting or finance.
- At least one year of experience in a similar position.
- Thorough understanding of laws, regulations, and policies related to finance, accounting, and taxation.
- Organize, plan, and execute assigned tasks.
- Honest, careful, dedicated, ethical, and responsible in their work.
- Positive attitude, diligence, hard work, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in using accounting software such as Misa, ERP, Word, Excel, etc.
- Agile, good communication skills, high learning ability, and adaptability to change.
