- Job details:

- Perform accounting, verification, and summarization of accounting transactions arising at the Hanoi branch.

- Monitoring and management:

• Income and expenses, cash, bank deposits
• Fixed assets, tools and equipment
• Verify the validity and legality of invoices and accounting documents.

- Prepare reports:

• Internal reports are prepared periodically on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis.
• Financial reports as requested by the Chief Accountant/Board of Directors.
• Prepare tax returns and work with the tax authorities:
• Value Added Tax (VAT), Personal Income Tax (PIT), Corporate Income Tax (CIT).
• Tax reports and financial obligations as required by law.

- Coordinate with the head accountant/chief accountant in the following tasks:

• Reconciliation of accounting data
• Standardize and unify accounting procedures across all branches.

Maintain accounting records and documents in accordance with regulations.

- Job requirements:

Graduated from college/university with a major in Accounting or Finance.

Minimum of 23 years of experience in a General Accountant position.

Understand the regulations regarding:

• Accounting Law
• Current tax law

Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (MISA/FAST is an advantage)

Capable:

• Compilation of data
• Working independently at the facility.
• Coordinate effectively with departments and headquarters.

Careful, honest, responsible, and able to withstand work pressure.
