Job Description
- Gather invoices and documents arising from the company for tracking and accounting; - Check and compare VAT invoices with input and output tax lists; - Prepare reports on value added tax (VAT), personal income tax (PIT), pay taxes to tax authorities (if any); - Quarterly: Make monthly tax reports for that quarter, make quarterly reports for VAT, CIT, PIT and invoice usage reports. - Prepare financial reports, tax reports for the last month of the year, fourth quarter corporate income tax reports and personal income tax finalization reports. - Timely update new policies and regulations on tax laws related to the Company's production and business activities; - Prepare quarterly financial reports and management reports as required by the Board of Directors. - Related tasks and other tasks under the direction of the Board of Directors.
