Job Details

• Manage customer debt and reconcile regularly.
• Issue electronic invoices to customers according to orders.
• Receive orders via channels: phone, Zalo, Viber, Gmail, website,...
• Update documents and orders to the sales software system.
• Perform administrative support tasks such as: preparing orders, tracking and coordinating delivery.
• Support sales department in customer management and care.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduated from Accounting, Auditing or related fields.
• Able to communicate in basic English.
• Quick, careful, honest and highly responsible.
• Priority is given to candidates with experience using accounting software and sales systems.
