- Check the validity of the payment documents, refund documents, and advances of the teams.
- Execute bank orders, work with banks and taxes
- Issue invoices to customers.
- Prepare loan application and bank guarantee.
- Manage debt from suppliers & customers.
- Make budget and payment plan on time.
- Store relevant documents.
- Make labor contract, economic contract, social insurance
- Accounting for arising economic transactions (Purchase, sale, payment, allocation, fixed assets, revenue and expenditure)
- Monitor, manage and update fixed asset records, fixed assets, account for fixed asset allocation data and depreciation of fixed assets.
- Monthly, quarterly, annual reports; Tax refund, Tax settlement, Financial statements
