JOB DESCRIPTION
The position includes the following duties:

Accountant:

• Manage internal revenue and expenditure, calculate salaries, pay suppliers...

• Monthly, prepare accounting books, send internal reports as requested by Japanese Director

• Organize the storage of accounting documents according to legal regulations

• Quarterly, report corporate income tax/personal income tax/VAT.

• At year-end, prepare financial statements and finalize corporate income tax/personal income tax, and respond to annual audits

• Carry out tax procedures such as registering personal tax code, deducting personal income tax...

• Represent the company to work and explain to the Tax Authority.

Human Resources - Labor - Insurance - General Affairs

• Participate in personnel recruitment activities

• Draft, sign, and archive all types of contracts in accordance with Company regulations.

• Periodically, make labor reports for Vietnamese and foreigners to the Department of Labor.

• Carry out procedures related to social insurance and explain social insurance when problems arise.

• Corresponding with procedures for applying for work permits, updating office licenses, visas, etc.

• Participate in organizing general company activities such as parties, events, travel, etc.

Synthetic:

• Consulting Japanese Directors on accounting, tax, insurance, labor law, investment

• Propose and contribute ideas to improve the Company's working process.

• Represent the Company in dealing with external parties when the Director is absent.

• Working hours: 08:30 – 17:30 (Monday – Friday).

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Required:

• College or University graduate majoring in accounting, auditing or Japanese.

• Fluent Japanese communication (equivalent to N3 or higher).

• People who love working, especially have a passion for accounting.

Additional requirements (advantages):

• Priority is given to candidates with 1-3 years of general accounting experience.

• Have a data management mindset when using accounting software.

• Priority is given to candidates with experience working in Japanese companies.
