- Summarize and update information about the company's sales situation
- Update product prices into accounting software
- Make invoices according to the contract, invoice adjusted to reduce revenue
- Track the status of goods, enter the quantity of sold goods, purchased goods, returned goods into the accounting software
- Statistics on debt situation, debt collection and money management, weekly report to the Director
- Issue sales invoices
- Monthly reporting of internal financial situation
- Perform daily arising banking transactions
- Do the assigned requests from the Board of Directors

Job requirements:
- Graduated from College or above majoring in Finance and Accounting
- At least 6 months to 1 year experience in the field of sales accounting, especially having worked as an accountant for a car company is an advantage
- Proficient in office
- Careful, hardworking, responsible at work. Able to work under pressure
