Job Description
COLLECTION ACCOUNTING: - Manage all revenues arising in accordance with company regulations, cash fund and attached documents. - Keep track of bank deposits. - Manage and review receipts related documents. - Write VAT invoices for customers. - Check debts of wholesale customers, periodically send debt confirmation notices to customers. - Perform other tasks assigned by superiors. CHIEF ACCOUNTING: - Accurately record company expenses. - Control invoices by day, week, month as well as activities related to expenses. - Control spending activities in the business and manage budgets. - Collecting information, data, synthesizing and managing information to capture the general financial situation, the costs incurred separately. - Daily work report. - Perform other tasks assigned by superiors.
