1/ Making foreign payment orders, system accounting, making and tracking payment documents
2/ Prepare documents to open LC, amend LC… and track payment of LC, DP, DA
3/ Account payable to suppliers (NCC) on the system and report due and overdue debts (if any)
4/ Prepare foreign currency receipts, monitor and compare foreign currency receipts and payments with the Bank
5/ Reconcile, monitor foreign currency balances at banks, balance and plan foreign currency receipts and expenditures.
6/ Coordinating with the finance department to make and submit foreign currency borrowing, buying and selling plans with banks in order to ensure capital sources for payment in both foreign and local currencies.
7/ Prepare a guarantee request to the Bank upon request
8/ Work with the Bank on procedures, regulations, fee schedule updates, etc.
9/ Working with NCC regarding international payment
10/ Be responsible for accounting data, storing documents and making reports at the request of the Management.
