Check and reconcile the debt of customers and suppliers
- Check and compare arising and general accounting of arising economic transactions.
- Check and compare accounting data between internal units, between detailed accounting data and general accounting.
- Accounting for income, expenses, depreciation of fixed assets, liabilities, other operations.
- Monitor and report on revenue and expenditure management.
- Make a plan to pay debts with suppliers periodically.
- Directly perform payment operations for suppliers and partners such as: Contacting debt reconciliation, receiving invoices, reviewing payment requests, making payment slips...
- Report the debt situation to customers and suppliers to the management
- Making statistics and reporting accounting data to the Board of Directors when required.
- Perform internal expenditure operations such as salary, bonus, allowance, advance payment...
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Chief Accountant.
