JOB DETAILS
1. Receive and check payment documents.
2. Develop a payment plan.
3. Balance daily, weekly and monthly cash flow to ensure effective business operations.
4. Record revenues and expenditures on accounting software.
5. Accounting for costs, declaring and allocating fixed assets and construction equipment monthly.
6. Reconcile revenue, expenditure, close fund balance, prepare daily fund report.
7. Extract and monitor funds monthly.
8. Other tasks as required by the Board of Directors and Chief Accountant.
Candidate requirements
1. Gender: Male/Female.
2. Age: 24 - 35 years old.
3. Qualification: University graduate.
4. Experience:
- Minimum 02 years experience in payment accounting position
- Good accounting skills related to the position of payment accountant.
- Experience in payment planning
5. Skills:
- Communication skills.
- Analytical and problem solving skills.
- Teamwork skills.
- PROFICIENT IN EXCEL
6. Other requirements:
- Proactive in work, high self-learning spirit, hard-working, careful, agile, responsible for work.
Interest
Salary: 11,000,000 - 13,000,000.
