Job Description
JOB DUTIES Finance:
Develop business plan, cash flow plan of the Company; Monitor, control and report on the implementation of the business plan
Analyze and evaluate the business and financial performance of the Company
Prepare reports such as balance sheets and income statements, providing detailed information on expenses and revenues, and providing financial advice
Collect and track financial information
Accountant:
Check the legality of records, consulting contracts, repair, procurement, ...; minutes of acceptance, liquidation, approval decisions in accordance with regulations, and at the same time keep records in order.
Legal check of payment records, settlement
Prepare general financial statements on the results of business activities in the reporting periods
Effective cost management to help optimize costs and cut unnecessary costs of the business
Budgeting, monitoring tax payments and performing internal audits.
Conduct internal audits
Monitor tax payments
Prepare a budget for the organization
Monitor and report on accounting inconsistencies
Stay up to date with financial policies, practices and regulations
Comply with tax regulations of Vietnam
Support some other administrative work
REQUEST:
2 - 3 years of experience in a similar position
Experienced in tax finalization and working with supplier/customer tax
Experience working with government agencies
Have dispute resolution skills
Proficient in office computer and accounting software (Misa)
Knowledge of current tax laws and Vietnamese accounting system
Ability to synthesize, analyze and make good reports
