• Receive and check payment records, advance and refund records of departments/departments, notify additional documents when detecting shortages,
• Request a redo when detecting a mistake compared to the Procedure
• Understanding the Payment Process, the documents and forms issued by the Accounting Department to guide other departments/departments to comply with the Company's Regulations.
