* Internal accounting work:
- Participating in planning and monitoring the implementation of the plan, forecasting the business situation, service costs, revenue at the unit to advise the director.
- Organize and operate the accounting system, control operations, store vouchers, books, reports and related documents in a systematic and professional manner according to the State's regulations.
- Organizing, implementing, directing and inspecting the use and management of costs, assets and capital sources of the Company.
- Management and collection of debts of the company.
- Prepare quarterly financial reports and at the request of the Board of Directors.
- Payroll Accounting
* Administrative work:
- Drafting administrative documents for the Company, administrative documents and regulations of the Company at the request of the Director.
- In charge of labor contracts, working contracts with partners.
- In charge of recruitment: posting job vacancies, arranging interview schedules, exchanging job arrangements with selected candidates, assisting new employees to get acquainted with the Company and the job.
- Follow up and make records of insurance regimes for company employees
