• Receive and verify the validity of input/output invoices, documents, and contracts.
• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable to suppliers in detail, and regularly follow up on debt collection.
• Update the economic transactions that occur into the company's internal accounting software or system.
• Prepare periodic internal reports (revenue, expenses, profit, cash flow) as required by the Board of Directors.
• Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure that the figures in the books match the actual figures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the company.
