Job Description
- Monitor daily cash fund, prepare receipts and payments and reconcile with the cashier.
- Monitor bank accounts: check balance fluctuations, prepare accounting documents.
- Prepare loan documents, disbursement, and bank debt collection documents.
- Monitor loans and repayment schedules, report promptly to the Board of Directors.
- Manage and account for internal costs (office, electricity and water, general production costs...).
- Manage employee advance payments and check the validity of documents.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on costs and internal cash flow.
- Coordinate with other accountants to compare and complete accounting data.
Request
- College/University graduate majoring in Accounting, Finance.
- Minimum 1 year experience in internal accounting or payment accounting position.
- Proficient in Excel, priority given to know MISA/AMIS.
- Careful, responsible, good organization skills.
