JOB DETAILS
- Answer the phone, coordinate orders, coordinate transportation, make delivery notes.
- Track sales of the whole company, make a sales list according to the report.
- Together with the accountant of materials, goods, finished products, the accountant of payment and reconciliation of arising debts. Check the reasonableness and validity of these derivatives.
- Monitor contracts, make minutes of contract liquidation of signed contracts (if necessary).
- Follow up the situation of arising debts within the prescribed and detailed management scope for each subject. Detecting unreasonableness, imbalance, outstanding debts, inability to recover, report to the Chief Accountant and the Board of Directors for handling measures.
- Report on debt situation periodically or from time to time according to the current reporting regime or at the request of the Board of Directors.
- Make a record of reconciliation of debts at the request (of the Board of Directors or Chief Accountant) and at the end of each accounting period.
- Provide general or detailed data for settlement work.
Storing and preserving accounting vouchers, keeping accounting data confidential.
- Prepare payment documents on the basis of checking the reasonableness and validity of original documents and other documents as prescribed (including types of payment - cash, and non-cash and credit).
- Input data into the system, process, monitor, manage and report all arising, fluctuations and existence of cash capital within the assigned scope according to the current reporting regime or at the request of the Board of Management.
- Manage the advance payment and advance payment for each object.
- Storing and preserving accounting documents, keeping accounting data confidential.
- Obey the dispatching orders and direction of the Chief Accountant (within the prescribed powers)

- Starting salary: 7,000,000 VND/month depending on experience, work capacity will be evaluated and periodically increased salary

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Education level: College graduate or above
- Experience: Preference will be given to candidates with accounting experience in building materials, interior and exterior decoration industries
- Good communication skills, proficient in using computers and accounting software, easy-to-see appearance.
- Sensitive, honest, creative, able to withstand work pressure and have a high sense of responsibility for work.
