Job Description

• Prepare documents related to import, export and inventory;
• Monitor daily inventory control, prepare periodic inventory import and export reports (weekly/monthly/yearly);
• Track supplier debt.
• Directly participate in counting the quantity of imported and exported goods with the warehouse keeper, the delivery party and the recipient.
• Responsible for accounting, accounting system, reporting according to Company regulations.
• Establish, maintain and archive complete accounting/warehouse records and documents scientifically according to prescribed time.
• Evaluate the level of goods circulation to control purchasing, transportation and storage costs to optimize operating costs.
• Review, monitor and evaluate accounting activities to ensure compliance with financial and accounting regulations.
• Participate in the process of building and improving the company's accounting and financial processes to increase operational efficiency.
• Proficient in using Misa software
